Absolutely gorgeous 40s cobalt blue chiffon dress. Has a soft round neckline with a shoulder frill that covers the top of the arm, a chest knot design and a long floaty skirt. A zip has been added to the back for a better fit. Fully lined. Looks fab belted too.
