Incredible hand dyed, reworked dress made from a peony pink tape work lace skirt and a cotton and lace top. The top has an elasticated shoulder that can be adjusted and has a 2 inch waistband for a flattering fit. Dully lined in cotton and zips at the back. Looks fab belted and truly unique.
